Task-based group and individual work, team coaching, coach input, case studies, self-reflection, audio, simulations and role-play so will be used. The methods used will help you develop your telephoning and writing skills which will ultimately provide you with a set of practical options to help you communicate effectively.

This seminar is for anyone who needs to communicate in English in business contexts regularly, whether for managerial, personal assistant, sales, negotiation or other administrative purposes. It has been found to appeal most especially to those who are expected to show a good and reliable command of English at their workplace, but lack in practical experience. The skills and confidence gained can help participants to enhance their business effectiveness, employability and ability to take on more responsibility. Attendance of this seminar is a required part of the International Management Assistant Certificate.
