You will learn the theoretical content with the help of an e-learning course. You will also find relevant documents, templates, links and brochures for your specific implementation. The two subsequent webinars allow you to learn effectively and efficiently. In two parts of four hours each, short theoretical sections alternate with discussions, exercises and group sessions - just like in a classroom seminar.
You will need a quiet room, a headset connected to your computer and a stable internet connection (ideally via LAN cable). Activating your video camera is not a mandatory requirement, but makes working in the group easier.
