Compulsory seminars:

• Successful project controlling in practice (2 days).
• Professional project controlling with Excel (1 day).

E-test:

• Certified project controller approx. 1 hour).

The qualification offers the structured specialist knowledge required for the responsible position of project controller. As part of the qualification, you will complete two compulsory seminars and an e-exam. After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the "Certified project controller" certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Management (HdWM).

The contents of the seminars are self-contained topics that systematically build on and complement each other. You decide when and where you complete which qualification module within two years. You can book the modules individually or at an affordable package price. For maximum learning success, we recommend attending the seminars in the order shown and taking the e-exam shortly after attending the seminar.
