What did I actually do today? Traditional time management reaches its limits in stressful everyday management situations. This is exacerbated under the conditions of digital and virtual communication and collaboration formats. In this program, you will analyze your leadership and time behavior using the INSIGHTS-MDI® potential analysis and develop an action plan that you will make practicable using selected online content. In coaching, you will flesh out the action plan on the basis of your personality profile and your application-related questions. You will secure your transfer into practice with a workbook. In this way, you will increase your effectiveness and the resources of Employees and teams with "contemporary" team leadership. Develop your time competence!

 

Module 1: Time for an introductory impulse

Digital impulses to prepare and get you in the mood: Get to know your coach in an initial video impulse and a subsequent virtual meeting and reflect on your own use of time and your individual development potential in your current leadership situation.
 

Module 2: INSIGHTS MDI® potential analysis with virtual evaluation interview

INSIGHTS MDI® potential analysis: You use this online-supported personality analysis and discuss the report in a virtual evaluation meeting to take a differentiated look at your individual strengths and development potential on the subject of time and the use of your own resources.
 

Module 3: Time for effective time management

Time competence workbook: Based on the evaluation interview for the personality analysis, you will develop an action plan in your workbook. You will also learn about proven models and new ways of optimizing your time and individual time management and gain an overview of the challenges and possible adjustments in your personal situation.
 

Module 4: Time for in-depth learning phases with digital learning tools

E-content: You will take a self-organized, in-depth look at your time management and the right e-content for you. This is supplemented by a practice-oriented compilation of helpful and exciting e-learning courses on the topics of creative time management, resilience and decision-making techniques. Here you can acquire the knowledge and practical know-how you need to ensure that you as a manager have the necessary resources in the right places, even when time is tight.
 

Module 5: Supportive coaching for transfer 180 minutes

In several virtual coaching sessions, you will reflect on the implementation status of your action plan and receive innovative impulses and suggestions for developing your time competence based on your own questions. In a final coaching session, you will focus even more effectively on the transfer into practice.
