Module 1: Time for an introductory impulse
Digital inspiration to prepare and get in the right frame of mind: Get to know your coach in an initial video session followed by a virtual meeting. You will examine how you use your time and gain clarity about your individual development potential and challenges in your current leadership situation.
Module 2: INSIGHTS MDI® potential analysis with virtual evaluation interview
The INSIGHTS-MDI® potential analysis gives you a precise insight into your behavior, your motivators, and how you manage your time. In the interpretation meeting, you reflect on your strengths, stress patterns, and development opportunities—a solid foundation for effective change.
Module 3: Time Management Workbook & Personal Action Plan
Time Management Workbook: Based on the potential analysis, you will develop an individual action plan in your workbook. You will learn about models and tools to help you manage your time more consciously and set clearer priorities—for individually tailored time management. At the same time, you will gain an overview of the challenges and possible adjustments in your personal situation.
Module 4: In-depth learning phases with e-learning
E-content: You take a self-organized, in-depth look at your time management habits and use the content that is right for you. This is supplemented by a practical compilation of helpful and exciting e-learning modules on the topics of creative time management, resilience, and decision-making techniques. Here you can equip yourself with the new knowledge and practical expertise you need to ensure that, even when time is tight, you have the necessary resources at your disposal in the right places as a manager.
Module 5: Supportive coaching for transfer (180 minutes)
In several virtual coaching sessions, you will reflect on your progress and the status of your action plan's implementation. You will clarify specific questions and develop alternative courses of action. Based on your own questions, you will receive tailored ideas and suggestions for developing your time management skills. The coaching will also help you to effectively integrate your new strategies into your everyday management routine.
