Yes, at the end of Module 1 the participants receive transfer tasks. These are then discussed with the trainer in Module 2.
Yes, the Systemic Coaching in Projects training course is about teaching concretely applicable agile and coaching methods. Participants should therefore have sufficient time to apply the knowledge from Module 1 in their own work context. Module 2 builds on the experience gained in the meantime. Participants therefore not only expand their theoretical knowledge, but also get to practise directly in a real situation and can ask individual questions in Module 2.
If you are PMP® (Project Management Profession) certified, you must keep your knowledge up to date in order to retain your certification. You can prove your continuing education activities with PDUs (Professional Development Units). You need 60 PDUs every 3 years. Attending the "Systemic Coaching in Projects" course allows you to top up your PDU account.
