It will cover issues relating to liability, investment protection, copyright aspects of generative systems such as ChatGPT and the legally compliant use of data in the area of conflict between data protection and copyright law. A particular focus will be on the upcoming European AI Act, which is intended to create a binding legal framework for dealing with AI for the first time.
