Handling artificial intelligence (AI) with legal certainty
Legal basics, investment protection and liability issues
This webinar is held in German.
Artificial intelligence has long been part of everyday business life, but the legal framework often fails to keep pace with technological developments. Many regulations are still unclear or missing altogether, which leads to uncertainty in practice - even among experts.
This webinar provides the legal basis for the use of AI in companies. It will cover issues relating to liability, investment protection, copyright aspects of generative systems such as ChatGPT and the legally compliant use of data in the area of conflict between data protection and copyright law.
A particular focus will be on the upcoming European AI Act, which is intended to create a binding legal framework for dealing with AI for the first time. Participants will receive concrete recommendations for action to legally secure their AI activities and make them fit for the future.
