Blended learning

Successfully anchoring diversity in the corporate strategy

Implementing diversity strategies holistically - internally and externally

This blended learning is held in German.
Ideally, diversity is successfully anchored in the corporate strategy, but diversity managers are subject to a major misunderstanding. The role of the diversity manager can quickly be reduced to a few topics or actions or pushed into a corner with no connection to the business: KPIs, initiatives, recruiting, etc. are just individual manifestations of the role. As a Diversity Manager, you take on a strategic role that has a corresponding impact on all processes. This module provides you with the tools to anchor the topic of diversity management in the corporate strategy. You will gain a broader understanding of the impact of successful diversity management on the company's performance and processes. You will receive effective tools and methods to act cross-functionally and strategically and develop the attitude to actively work together with other decision makers and relevant stakeholders on the future viability of your organization. The course consists of didactically high-quality self-study modules and live webinars. It has been designed so that you can learn flexibly - ideal if you want to continue your education while working.

Accessibility: Diverse skills strengthen companies

Add a ramp to the stairs, provide a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the building and the concept for accessibility is already in place? The diversity dimension "physical and mental abilities" goes far beyond the consideration of physical impairments, it also includes mental limitations.
