This distance learning course provides you with in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals and special features of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) - always in line with the latest legislation. You will learn how to prepare and analyze the annual financial statements, consisting of the balance sheet, income statement, notes and management report, including at group level. You will learn how liabilities and provisions are accounted for and how reserves are formed and released. You will be reliably and thoroughly introduced to topics such as intangible assets and property, plant and equipment, financial assets, current assets and deferred taxes. You learn flexibly, regardless of location and adapt the learning pace to your individual needs. The 10 learning units contain extensive specialist knowledge, exercises, learning checks as well as reflection and transfer tasks. You will receive a graded certificate after successfully completing the course. You will also receive 6 months free access to Haufe Finance Office Professional. In optional online seminars, you can meet our experts, deepen your knowledge and exchange ideas with other attendees .

Certified by the East Bavarian University of Applied Sciences Amberg-Weiden (OTH): Quality, relevance, and structure were reviewed and awarded a grade of 1.4.

After passing the e-exam, the certificate "certified Expert:in für Bilanzierung" is issued with documentation of the topics learned from the distance learning course, the number of points achieved and the exam grade.
