Forecasting methods are taught using illustrative examples from controlling practice. This is basic knowledge. Complicated programming applications are not the focus of the seminar.

Recommended for

controllers who are interested in the application of AI methods in planning and forecasting and would like to use open source tools. 

Basic knowledge of Excel and controlling is advantageous but not essential for the training . Knowledge of statistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence is not necessary, as all relevant concepts are explained from scratch.
