This training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences for Management (HdWM) and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examinations. Recommended procedure

Compulsory seminars:

Digital transformation in controlling (2 days + e-exam for training).
Digital reporting: Data management – Analysis techniques – Visualization (2 days + e-exam for training).
Driver-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting with business intelligence (2 days + e-exam for training).
Predictive analytics: Methods – Procedures – Applications (2 days + e-exam for training).

As part of the qualification, you will complete 4 mandatory seminars of 2 days each, each followed by an e-exam. After attending a classroom seminar, you can take the e-exam, which is tailored to the seminar content. After successfully passing all four e-exams, you will receive a certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Management (HdWM), "Certified Expert in Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics in Controlling".

The contents of the seminars are self-contained topics that are systematically coordinated and complement each other. You decide for yourself when and where you complete which qualification module within two years. You can book the modules individually or at an affordable package price. For maximum learning success, we recommend attending the seminars in the order shown and taking the e-exams shortly after attending each seminar.
