Options for action and conducting discussions 

• Psychological conversation skills in dealing with neurodivergence: What is experienced as helpful, what is not? 
• Neuro-inclusive work environments: Ideas for adapting workplaces and processes.
• Capabilities and limitations of the parties involved and their roles: workplace health management coordinators, HR department, colleague, managers, etc.

Best practice and discussion 

• Neurodivergent individuals in attendance are warmly invited to share their own experiences, though this is entirely voluntary.
