Recommended procedure

Please select onetraining, four 3-hour seminars, and two 2-hour seminars.

  • Property sales law, including real estate purchase agreements (4 hours).   
  • Successfully conclude brokerage agreements and negotiate internal commissions (3 hours). 
  • Rights and encumbrances in real estate (3 hours).   
  • The community of heirs in real estate sales (3 hours). 
  • Subsidies for energy-efficient construction and renovation (3 hours).
  • Tenancy law and operating and heating costs regulations for real estate agents (3 hours).
  • Special features of purchasing rented condominiums, including WEG (3 hours).
  • Financing for brokers (2 hours).
  • The problem of mold in rental properties (2 hours).
  • Real estate market and its submarkets (2 hours).

The total duration of the course is 20 hours. You can choose one 4-hour webinar, four 3-hour webinars, and two 2-hour webinars. The training takes place exclusively online. The webinars can be booked individually or at an affordable package price.
