This course is held in German.
This expert program is aimed at managers who already hold commercial management positions or are about to take on this responsible role. We combine seminars from various specialist areas – you can put together your own individual program based on your personal interests and challenges. The practical approach will manager you in your role as a commercial manager . For example, you will not only become more confident in meeting legal requirements and conducting bank meetings with confidence, but you will also learn how to develop your employees in a targeted manner. You will also learn strategies for making the most of your entrepreneurial freedom, making optimal use of AI, and presenting convincing proposals to management regarding the strategic direction of the company.

As part of the "Expert Program for Commercial Management," participants attend 7 or 9 seminar days, consisting of one compulsory seminar and additional elective seminars. We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminar "Successful Commercial Management (35006)," as it covers the basic tasks and content of the position Commercial Management." Building on this, 4 elective seminar days in the compact expert program and 6 elective seminar days in the intensive expert program can be freely selected from the listed subject areas in order to deepen content and expand knowledge in a targeted manner. The skills acquired in the individual seminars are Haufe Akademie by a final certificate from the Haufe Akademie . The course should be completed within two years.
