In this training , you will acquire the necessary basic knowledge about current tenancy law (focus on residential tenancy law), including the latest changes to tenancy law, in a compact and practical way. From the correct conclusion of tenancy agreements to the billing of operating costs and the termination of tenancy agreements, you will know how to draft tenancy agreements sensibly, enforce your rights and claims and secure rental income. This will give you a solid foundation for your management practice and enable you to provide competent support to your customers .

  • including notice periods, termination of disruptive tenants, termination due to late payment.

Legal prosecution by the rental managers
