The legal framework when Employees fall ill: rights and obligations on both sides

  • Possibilities of deploying Employees despite a certificate of incapacity for work - even in the case of long-term sick leave.
  • Permissible and impermissible questions to sick employees regarding the exercise of the company's duty of care.
  • The profiling method.
  • The BEM meeting, preparation and implementation, summary of important agreements.
