The certified project manager course comprises four seminars (including three compulsory seminars and one elective seminar) and an examination seminar. The course should be completed within two years. The order of the compulsory seminars is a recommendation.
The skills you acquire from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as a certified project manager:at the Haufe Akademie, certified by the Mannheim School of Management.

Final examination
Examination requirement
The prerequisite is the completion of three compulsory seminars and one elective seminar.
Form of examination
In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which the attendees are able to apply the knowledge they have learned in practice is examined. There is a written and oral examination as well as a presentation of the final thesis.
Exam contents
Part 1: Written thesis (approx. 15 pages, project description and lessons learned). You document a project from your practice that you yourself were responsible for in the role of project manager.
Part 2: Written final examination (60 minutes), presentation of the final thesis and oral examination by the examination committee in plenary.
