Die Digitalisierung der öffentlichen Verwaltung ist gesetzlich beschlossen und per Fristsetzung vorgegeben (z.B. Onlinezugangsgesetz). Das konkrete Vorgehen ist allerdings nicht näher beschrieben und lässt Fragen der Verantwortlichen unbeantwortet. Aufgrund begrenzter Ressourcen im öffentlichen Dienst und einer Vielzahl von Vorschriften und gesetzlicher Grundlagen, besteht die Gefahr, die Gesamtorganisation zu überfordern und Beschäftigte zu demotivieren. Um die Belastung für alle Beteiligten in Grenzen zu halten und Quick Wins zu erzielen, bietet sich ein planvolles und strukturiertes Vorgehen an. Das Seminar vermittelt organisatorische Grundlagen zur Digitalisierung und gibt praxisorientierte Empfehlungen zum konkreten Vorgehen.
