Fundamentals of neurodivergence in the professional environment
- Definition and differentiation of terms – e.g., neurodiversity and neurodivergence.
- What are internal and external signs of, for example, ADHD and autism?
- Is neurodivergence a mental illness?
- Models of origin.
Options for action and conducting discussions
- Psychological conversation skills in dealing with neurodivergence: What is experienced as helpful, what is not?
- Neuro-inclusive work environments: Ideas for adapting workplaces and processes.
- Possibilities and limitations of those involved and their roles: psychological first responder, colleague, manager, etc.
