Methods
We work with a mix of keynote speeches, mindfulness and nature exercises, mental training methods, creative practical elements, reflection sequences, coaching elements, and embodiment—combined with lots of practical experience in the natural environment.
Important notes:
- The training place mainly outdoors in nature . Lunch breaks are spent at the seminar hotel, which is accessible at all times.
- Youwork independentlyand shouldnot be restricted in your mobility.
- Please wear weatherproof, sporty clothing and sturdy shoes. An umbrella, a small backpack for personal items, and a water bottle are recommended.
