Methods
Impulse lectures, creative practical exercises in nature, mindfulness exercises, mental exercises, individual and group work, self- and group reflection, embodiment.
Most of the training takes place outdoors in nature. Lunch breaks are spent in the seminar hotel, which is accessible at all times.
We ask you to come to the training in sporty, weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes. You may also want to bring an umbrella. Also bring a small rucksack for your personal items and a water bottle. Please note that the training is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
