The training place mainly outdoors in nature. You will spend your lunch breaks at the seminar hotel, which is accessible at all times.
You work independently and should not be restricted in your mobility.
Please come in sporty, weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes. If you like, you are welcome to bring a thin wool blanket for the relaxation and mindfulness exercises; alternatively, the seminar hotel will provide blankets or similar items.
