Methods
Keynote speeches, creative practical exercises in nature, meditation and body scan, qi gong, mindfulness and sensory exercises (forest bathing), individual and group work, self-reflection and group reflection.
Important notes:
- The training place mainly outdoors in nature. Lunch breaks are spent at the seminar hotel, which is accessible at all times.
- Youwork independently andshouldnot be restricted in your mobility.
- Please wear weatherproof, sporty clothing and sturdy shoes. An umbrella, a small backpack for personal items, and a water bottle are recommended.
