As part of the course, you will attend 4 seminars (one compulsory seminar, two optional seminars and one examination seminar). The total duration of the course is 7 days.

We recommend that you attend all seminars within a maximum of 2 years and attend the compulsory seminar "Experience meets Excellence" first, as this training is the ideal introduction to the course. You will receive a personality analysis before this training , which can influence your learning success in the elective seminars.

In addition, you will receive a transfer task in the compulsory seminar, which must be completed over the duration of the entire course and will be presented in the examination event at the end of the course. In any case, please ensure that there are at least 4 weeks between the compulsory seminar and the examination event. You can book the course modules individually or at a favorable package price.

The content and topics of the course modules are systematically coordinated and complement each other perfectly. You can select the elective seminars for the course individually. Upon completion of the examination seminar, you will acquire a qualified qualification that entitles you to use the title "Certified Senior Management Consultant." assistant ( Haufe Akademie )”.

The one-day examination seminar serves to ensure transfer. participants have worked on a personal transfer task throughout the course. The results will be recorded in an oral evaluation interview. By attending the examination seminar, you will acquire a qualified qualification that entitles you to use the title "Certified Senior Management assistant ( Haufe Akademie )".
