The seminar price includes 2 hours of support services for creating the report. Any additional work that may be required must be booked separately.
The didactic concept envisages that the participants themselves prepare smaller presentations (after the Module 1 kick-off) and contribute them to the training .
Methods
Keynote speeches, presentations, case studies, group work, discussions. Own, smaller presentations by the participants in the workshops.
Recommended for
project managers and sub-project managers of larger projects who want to expand their project management and leadership skills and underpin their previous experience with sound knowledge.
Prerequisite for participation: To participate, you must already be Level D-certified (= higher level certification). In addition to Level D certification, you must have at least three years' experience in a responsible project management role or responsible sub-project management role in complex projects.
For direct entry (IPMA Level C as initial certification), we also offer the "IPMA® Level D/C combination course".
Final examination
The examination is not part of the certification course. The examination is arranged and billed directly with PM ZERT, the GPM certification company.
The examination fee for higher certification is currently €1,155 plus 7% VAT, and €1,600 plus 7% VAT for initial certification. The examination fee is not included in the course price. Reduced prices apply for students and GPM members.
