Creating, maintaining and evaluating Excel spreadsheets is a standard task for assistants, but it is often not the most popular one. Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by huge, confusing tables? After this training , you will be able to handle large amounts of data with ease and use the if() function, s-reference() and pivot table in your work with ease. In this training , you will learn about the most important features and Excel tools for mastering extensive tables. You will receive tips on how to set up tables correctly, avoid errors and correct existing errors. Step by step, you will work your way through the most frequently used tools, from sorting and filtering to pivot tables. Using practical examples, you will practise using important Excel functions and learn how to set up formulas efficiently. You will gain an insight into the evaluation and representative presentation of data with pivot tables and charts.

  • You will learn the most important functions such as IF and SEQUENCE.
  • You will receive specific tools for analyzing large tables with pivot tables.

Notes on the face-to-face event:

Please bring a Windows laptop with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher installed to the training .

 

Notes on the online event:

You will need a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.

It would also be very helpful to use two screens or two devices to recreate the face-to-face seminar environment: One screen or tablet would show the video image of the trainer analogous to the screen in the face-to-face seminar and on the other screen/laptop you can use your computer to implement or practice what has been shown. If necessary, a single large screen would also help to split 2 programs on the right and left half of a screen.
