We spend a lot of time with Microsoft Office in our day-to-day work. It is the main tool at most office workstations - and has a variety of functions that make work faster, more efficient or more precise. For example, Microsoft Office offers many elements in Word, PowerPoint and Excel that can be used to create efficient templates in a wide variety of ways. Outlook also has many options for completing routine tasks faster and in a more structured way. In this training for experienced user:in , you will learn about the subtleties that are very helpful in day-to-day business, but are by no means obvious.

  • Protect cells and leaves against unwanted changes.
  • Use formatted tables as a template for efficient work.

Outlook: Time-saving methods for routine tasks

  • Quick steps for distributing and depositing.
  • Quick modules for recurring content.
  • Create and organize email templates.
  • Add a conversation note to an e-mail.
  • Use categories for tracking.

PowerPoint

  • Understanding and using slide masters.
  • Create new slide layout.
  • Include footers.
  • Reuse films.

Please bring a Windows laptop with Microsoft Office 2016 or higher installed to the training . These are the desktop versions of the programs. The new Outlook will not be discussed.

This is not a beginner's course for MS Office applications. A sound knowledge of the programs mentioned is required.
