The entire content of the seminar "Assistance as HR Expert I" 9284 or 32423 is not a prerequisite for this training; however, you should know what is generally understood by the right to issue instructions and be able to give examples of the following topics from memory: Pyramid of standards, basic rules of the ArbZG, the KSchG and the BUrlG.
We ask you in advance about your content requirements and expectations. In this way, we ensure that the training meets your specific needs. In a consultation hour, which takes place online approx. 6 weeks after your seminar participation, you have the opportunity to discuss any open questions and problems with your lecturer.
