This training is designed as an in-depth professional development program for advanced participants. You’ll work with trainer guidance, case studies, best practices, exercises, discussions, and the exchange of experiences. Ideally, you’ll bring your own real-world cases so that you can directly apply the content to your day-to-day work. The curriculum focuses on topics such as Evidence-Based Management™, Lean Startup, product strategy, product vision, iterative planning approaches, and targeted preparation for the PSPO-II exam.
You have the option totakethe exam after completing the " training " coursevia scrum.org. One attempt at the exam is included in the registration fee.
A solid understanding of Scrum and some initial hands-on experience with agile work are recommended for participation. The training is designed for advanced participants and is therefore not suitable for beginners or aspiring product owners without prior experience.
The PSPO I entry-level certification is suitable for beginners.
You won't take the certification exam during the training; instead, you'll take it on your own online afterward. This means that you'll prepare specifically for the exam content as part of the training and then decide for yourself when to take the exam.
The exam is in English and covers the content of the Scrum Guide. It is a multiple-choice exam consisting of 80 questions, which must be answered within 60 minutes. You must answer 85% of the questions correctly.
If you do not pass the exam, you can purchaseanew exam voucher through thescrum.orgwebsite and retake the test. You can retake the exam as many times as you like; however, each additional attempt incurs a fee.
No. You can decide for yourself when to take the exam. The voucher remains valid and can be transferred to another person if necessary.
