Diversity sensitization in a professional context

Reflection and promotion of the corporate attitude towards diversity and inclusion

This blended learning is held in German.
Diversity awareness helps to recognize and avoid prejudice and discrimination based on factors such as gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability and other identities. By understanding the importance of diversity, companies can help to make their corporate culture and working environment fair and inclusive. However, this is often difficult to implement within the company. The course "Diversity sensitization in a professional context" offers a practice-oriented introduction to the most important aspects of diversity sensitization and provides you with the necessary knowledge to give diversity projects a high priority in your own company. You will learn how you can raise awareness of the topic, what factors prevent inclusion and how you and your organization can enable participation for everyone in the future. Always close to operational practice, you will learn how you can establish resource- and needs-oriented diversity management in your organization. The course consists of didactically high-quality self-study modules and live webinars. It has been designed so that you can learn flexibly - ideal if you want to continue your education while working.

The more diverse a company, the more successful it is. This was recently confirmed in a study by management consultants McKinsey¹ . But what does "diverse" mean in the corporate context and how can organizations actively embrace diversity? What these are, what they mean and how companies can take into account the diverse backgrounds and perspectives [...].

But for those who don't drink cow's milk at all, for example, oat milk is "normal". They have to compare their "normal" with [...].
