You start the Power Coaching with the Insights MDI online analysis "Tri Metrix® EQ". The results report provides a comprehensive overview of your own behavior, motivators, emotional intelligence and how these are related to each other. In the subsequent virtual coaching sessions (5 hours), which are geared towards individual topics, the coach accompanies you in combination with the Insights MDI analysis and reflects with you on your development path.

Results report with mapping of motivators, behavioral preferences and EQ
- Participants receive a detailed results report that provides a holistic overview of their natural talents. The report shows four specific areas: Behavior, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence and how they interact. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses in these areas supports personal and professional development and can lead to greater satisfaction in working life.
Individual telephone discussion to evaluate the results report (approx. 1.5 hours)
- An experienced certified coach interprets the result and clarifies individual questions with the participant.
Accompanying virtual coaching (3.5 hours)
- Whether it's a new leadership role or the desire for a career change: the participant determines the content of the virtual coaching sessions themselves. Our:e coach accompanies the participants in their concerns. The dates for the virtual coaching sessions are discussed with the:der'' coach . These can be scheduled flexibly according to need.
Notes on the results report
The report is divided into five sections:
Behavior
- This part analyzes the behavioral style, i.e. the way in which certain things are done. Participants learn about their own strengths and weaknesses in order to develop strategies to successfully master the demands of their environment.
Motivators
- In this section, the participant learns which values are of particular importance to him/her. Knowing our own motivators helps us to understand "why" we do something.
Integration: Behavior and motivators
- This section of the report helps you to understand and optimize your own actions. Once it is recognized how behavior and motivators are related, performance can improve and satisfaction can increase.
Emotional intelligence
- This section provides information about emotional intelligence. Supported by coaching, participants learn how to use their emotional intelligence effectively and how to better control their behavior in emotionally charged situations.
Interaction of behavior, motivators and emotional intelligence
- This part shows the influence of emotional intelligence on personal behavioral style and your own four top motivators.
Who receives the results report?
- Only the person who carried out the test. The coach receives a copy of the results report to prepare for and conduct the evaluation interview. This copy will be deleted after the interview.
