In this training You will receive, in a concise format, the necessary tools to conduct critical discussions confidently, respectfully, and with a focus on implementation. You will receive a guide to expressing criticism and necessary feedback in a targeted and focused manner. The trick is to address difficult topics clearly and openly without employees losing face. In action-oriented exercises, you will simulate realistic situations and thus improve your communication skills. In a protected environment, you will try out new methods that are aligned with your leadership reality. By the end of it, you will look forward to the next critical discussion, which you will then conduct confidently and effectively.
