Certification training Scrum Master II

This training is designed for experienced Scrum Masters, as well as experienced coaches and consultants who are already working with Scrum and wish to deepen their knowledge in specific areas. It is not an introductory course, but rather an opportunity for practitioners who want to apply Scrum confidently even in more complex situations. PSM I certification or comparable Scrum experience is recommended but not required.

You will deepen your understanding of the Scrum framework and, above all, develop your skills in servant leadership, team coaching, and managing complex situations. This training will help you better support teams in their self-organization, overcome typical challenges in a corporate setting, and facilitate organizational change from the role of Scrum Master.

The course includes discussions, case studies, and group and individual exercises. This way, you can apply what you learn not only to the exam but also directly to your day-to-day work as a Scrum Master or agile leader.

The training course is specifically designed to prepare you for the exam content, allowing you to study the relevant material in a structured and practical way. During the course, you will focus specifically on the topics covered in the exam, and you can then take the exam flexibly and independently at Scrum.org.

TheScrum.orgexam is in English and covers the content of the Scrum Guide as well as the practical application of Scrum. It is a multiple-choice exam consisting of 30 questions that must be answered within 90 minutes. You must answer 85% of the questions correctly.

The registration fee includes one exam attempt. If you do not pass the exam, you can purchase a new exam voucher through theScrum.org website and retake the test. You may retake the exam as many times as you like; however, each additional attempt is subject to a fee.

You’ll walk away with several things: preparation for the Professional Scrum Master II certification exam, a certificate of completion with Professional Development Units (PDUs), and, upon successful completion, an open badge that you can use on professional networks, for example. After passing the exam, you’ll also receive the official certificate from Scrum.org.
