A whistleblower system is an essential component of a compliance management system (CMS) and one of the most important early warning systems in risk management. Since the Whistleblower Protection Act came into force, the introduction of an internal reporting office has been mandatory for companies with 50 or more employees! In this practical training course, you will learn how to better protect your company by setting up an effective whistleblower system that helps to identify and rectify compliance violations at an early stage. You will learn what you need to professionally process incoming reports, how to set up and professionally operate an internal reporting office in your company as an expert in whistleblower protection and how to be successful right from the start. The content of the training serves to provide specialist knowledge in accordance with Section 15 (2) HinSchG.

The certified Compliance Expert for Whistleblower Protection course comprises three seminars (two mandatory seminars and one elective seminar) and an examination seminar. The course should be completed within two years. The order of the mandatory seminars is a recommendation.
The skills acquired from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as certified Compliance Expert for Whistleblower Protection of Haufe Akademie , certified by the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences for Management.

Form of examination
After the training, participants take the written final exam for the "certified Compliance Expert for Whistleblower Protection" training course. To save travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home.
