This course is held in German.

The course teaches you the skills and practical knowledge you need to be successful in technical product management. You will learn how to successfully manage interfaces between R&D, sales and other departments. Learn how to balance customer requirements and profitability and how to (further) develop products for the market. You will use strategic approaches and operational methods to manage product lifecycles, tap into market opportunities, for example through trends such as AI, and design customer-focused, marketable solutions. You will also acquire skills for leading without disciplinary responsibility and collaborative working.

E-examination: “certified technical product manager" (45 min.)

Theproduct managercertified technical product managercourse comprises two compulsory seminars and an e-exam. We recommend that you follow the suggested order. You decide when and where you training which training .

After attending the seminars, you can take the e-exam at a time of your choosing. Upon successful completion of the final exam, you will receive a certificate from Haufe Akademie, certified by the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, as a "certified technical product manager," depending on your exam results.
