Learning environment
Your benefit
- You learn to be less critical, harsh or dismissive of yourself, to deal with stressful feelings (in yourself and others) with more acceptance and ease and to motivate yourself with kindness instead of self-criticism.
- Meditations, sharing, practical exercises and focus topics from "mindfulness", "empathy", "kindness", "humanity" offer you the opportunity to enter into the practice of self-empathy and to make compassion for yourself and others a supporting component of your everyday humanity.
- You learn a kind of yoga of smiling at yourself and activate biochemical messages of peace (e.g. oxytocin) to our (parasympathetic) nervous system, because before we can take care of others, we first have to take care of ourselves.
- You train self-empathy and compassionate thinking and thus promote your resilience.
