Learning environment
Your benefit
- You learn to be less critical, harsh or dismissive of yourself, to deal with stressful feelings (in yourself and others) with more acceptance and ease and to motivate yourself with kindness instead of self-criticism.
- Meditations, sharing, practical exercises and focus topics from "mindfulness", "empathy", "kindness", "humanity" offer you the opportunity to enter into the practice of self-empathy and to make compassion for yourself and others a fundamental part of your everyday life.
- You learn a kind of yoga of smiling at yourself and activate biochemical messages of peace (e.g. oxytocin) to our (parasympathetic) nervous system, because before we can take care of others, we must first take care of ourselves.
- You train self-empathy and compassionate thinking and thus promote your resilience.
Methods
Mindfulness exercises: Breathing techniques, meditation, body awareness, relaxation exercises (MBSR), awareness exercises for feelings, moods, thoughts, stress reduction exercises, various techniques and methods for self-compassion, guided meditations, perception exercises, exercises for letting go of entitlement thinking, resistance and self-pressure.
