Mindfulness training according to the MBSR method

This blended learning is held in German.
"Keep calm, don't take it so personally, stay focused, be able to switch off, don't blame yourself..." if it were that easy... In an increasingly turbulent working world, it makes sense to optimize your own way of dealing with stress. Strengthen your resilience by learning mindfulness according to the MBSR concept. You will explore your mental attitudes in order to show more energy and presence in your everyday working life. In the mindfulness course, you will learn the formal MBSR meditation exercises to find more mental peace and be in good contact with your own body signals. You will find your own individual approach to dealing with challenging work situations, discover your own resources and integrate the mindfulness mindset step by step into your everyday working life.

Methods

Trainer input, self-reflection, peer coaching and group reflection, practice transfer exercises, mindfulness live online sessions (the dates are agreed in the face-to-face event), guided exercise instructions as an audio download and physical exercises.

The training includes some gentle yoga exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing on the first day and bring warm socks.
