Methods
Trainer input, self-reflection, peer coaching and group reflection, practice transfer exercises, mindfulness live online sessions (the dates are agreed in the face-to-face event), guided exercise instructions as an audio download and physical exercises.
The training includes some gentle yoga exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing on the first day and bring warm socks.
