Final examination
Examination requirement:
The prerequisite is the completion of the three compulsory components (3 compulsory seminar days + e-learning) as well as the three optional seminar days. In addition, a project paper (5-6 pages) on a current or upcoming e-recruiting project from your own company must be prepared and submitted to the Haufe Akademie by four weeks before the examination event.
Examination event
On the day of the exam, participants present their project work in an online plenary session. Afterwards, all participants discuss possible solutions to various issues that contribute to the long-term success of e-recruiting in their own company. The exam day takes place digitally.
