Self-reflection, group work, and role-playing exercises using practical examples from attendees, insights from MDI® personality analysis, communication and leadership psychology, discussions, exchange of experiences, and feedback.
trainers, Mind Codex® personality test, exchange and discussion, individual and small group work, group feedback. The training thrives on the willingness of participants to get personally involved.
You will also receive oneonline coachingsession (up to 60 minutes within three months of the training).

The content and methodology—including the Mind Codex® analysis used—are the sole responsibility of the trainer. We at Haufe Akademie no influence on the content of this analysis and do not intervene in the coaching process.
Data protection & confidentiality
Exclusive access: Only you as participant the trainer have access to your results. As a service provider, we do not have access to your individual analysis values or the results report at any time.
Receiving reports: To prepare for and conduct the evaluation meeting, the trainer receives a copy of your results report directly via the Mind Codex® system.
Access deletion: This access will be deleted by the coach immediately after the evaluation meeting has been completed.
