They prepare analyses and status reports for various target groups with a view to planning and adhering to deadlines, costs and resources. Determining the progress of the project, recognizing deviations from the plan in good time and initiating corrective measures are crucial to the success of the project controller's work.

The qualification offers the structured specialist knowledge required for the responsible position of project controller. As part of the qualification, you will complete two compulsory seminars and an e-exam. After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the "Certified project controller" certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Management (HdWM).
You decide when and where you complete which training within two years. You can book the seminars individually or at an affordable package price.

Examination requirements
The prerequisite for taking the e-exam is successful participation in the mandatory seminars. We recommend that you take the exam shortly after attending the last seminar.
Exam contents
The contents of the compulsory seminars are relevant to the examination. You will work on practical tasks and knowledge questions.
Form of examination
The e-exam is an online-based exam on your PC and lasts 60 minutes. You can take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a time of your choosing. The exam is based on single or multiple choice questions. Once you have completed the exam, you will immediately be shown whether you have passed or failed. You will then receive the certificate by post.
