You may already know and use Outlook and the electronic notebook OneNote, but are you also familiar with the collaboration tools from Microsoft 365? MS Teams with group chats as an email replacement and as a central point of contact for departmental and project work, MS Planner, a platform for managing group tasks in departments or projects, team wikis and much more. In this training , we will show you how the tools that Teams and the Microsoft 365 package offer work and how they interact, and our expert will explain the scenarios in which these tools can be used to make your work in a team easier.

  • Create an "MS Team".
  • Effective group communication with teams based on the comparison between Outlook and "MS Teams".
  • Getting to know the team structure: registers and channels.
  • Integration of OneNote, Planner, etc. in "MS Teams".

  • Find all project and department information in the central "MS Teams" location.
  • Platform-independent working with cell phone, tablet and computer.
