Leadership personality for challenging times

As a manager - especially in uncertain times - you are often faced with areas of tension: personally, in management relationships, with new tasks and the realignment of the organization and culture. Growing complexity and uncertainty make it difficult to act clearly, but make it all the more important to adopt different perspectives and shape your actions coherently.

This online format helps you to consciously grasp and directly implement complex requirements and changes. The INSIGHTS MDI® potential analysis, an interpretation discussion, personal coaching sessions and tailored online content will provide you with valuable approaches and tools. You will develop new leadership skills and strengthen your leadership personality in order to master challenges and crises with confidence.

Module 1: Introductory impulse

Digital impulses for preparation and attunement.
Get to know your speaker in this video impulse and a subsequent virtual welcome meeting and deal with your current leadership situation in crisis situations.

You will receive a workbook that you can use during and after this program for self-reflection, clarification and transfer support.

Module 2: INSIGHTS MDI® potential analysis with virtual evaluation interview

Online-supported personality analysis (approx. 30 min) with a virtual evaluation interview (approx. 90 min) to take a detailed look at your strengths and development potential. On this basis, you will develop a concrete action plan for this program. 

Module 3: Fundamentals of systemic leadership

In three video impulses, you will get to know a basic model of systemic leadership, gain an overview of the challenges in crises and learn about possible courses of action in a situationally appropriate leadership style.

Module 4: In-depth learning phase with digital learning materials

You will deal with key leadership topics in depth. This extensive collection of e-content articles offers you a differentiated range of content (over 8 hours in total). Here you can get the knowledge you need to develop a strategy that suits you as a leader for challenging change and crisis situations.

Module 5: Supportive coaching for transfer

In the online coaching (approx. 180 min in total), you will reflect on and evaluate the status of the implementation of your action plan, receive further impulses and shape the effective transfer into your leadership practice using concrete action alternatives.
