In this training , you will learn how to create requirement profiles and coordinate them with the specialist department in a targeted manner, formulate appealing job advertisements in a contemporary way, accompany selection interviews and assess applicants and their documents. You will also learn how to combine the right recruiting channels and what role AI can play in this. This will enable you to optimally support the overall process, efficiently control application management and position yourself as an expert at the same time. Many exercises will give you confidence and enable you to use the tools presented professionally in practice.
