This workshop is held in German.
HR development and talent management - the two areas work closely together. However, it is often undefined which department is primarily responsible for which tasks. This training highlights the interface between HR development and talent. The task portfolio, stakeholders and target group of both areas as well as their intersections are developed. Core processes of the respective areas of responsibility are broken down and assigned to the responsible parties. You will learn how to involve stakeholders in the respective processes and which communication tools you can use for this. The link to corporate objectives and the focus within both disciplines will also be examined in more detail.
