With the help of the TTI Success Insights® analysis tool, you will gain clarity about your strengths, values and behavioral preferences and find out what kind of working environment you need to fully exploit your potential - for your personal and professional development.

Results report with mapping of motivators and behavioral preferences

  • Participants receive a detailed results report that provides a holistic overview of their natural talents. The report shows four specific areas: Behaviors, Motivators and how they work together. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses in these areas supports personal and professional development and can lead to greater satisfaction in working life.

Individual, virtual evaluation meeting (approx. 1.5 hours)

  • An experienced certified coach interprets the results and agrees the first sensible development steps with the participant . In a discussion with the:der coach , the most important results are highlighted, questions are clarified and development suggestions are made.

Notes on the results report:

  • Participants receive a detailed results report with initial development tips. The report helps to identify individual strengths and talents and to develop them in a targeted manner. Individual behavioral preferences, motivators and the connection between behavior and motivators are highlighted. These are merely tendencies of one's own behavior. Possible "blind spots" and beneficial potential in behavior can be identified in the discussion with the coach . attendees benefit most from the discussion if they include specific questions in the coach discussion.

Behavior

  • This part analyzes the behavioral style, i.e. the way "how" certain things are done. Participants learn about their strengths and weaknesses in order to develop strategies to successfully master the demands of their environment.

Motivators

  • This section is about values and which of them are of particular importance to the respective participant . Knowing your own motivators helps you to understand "why" and "how" you act.

Integration: Behavior and motivators

  • This section of the report helps participants to understand and optimize their own actions. As soon as participants recognize how behavior and motivators are related, performance can improve and their own satisfaction can increase.

Who receives the results report?

  • Only the person who carried out the test. The coach receives a copy of the results report to prepare for and conduct the evaluation interview. This copy will be deleted after the interview.
