Storytelling in sustainability communication
From fact overload to emotional impact
This training is held in German.
How can you create credible sustainability communication that moves and convinces people—without falling into the greenwashing trap? In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of storytelling across all ESG facets and how to comply with the requirements of the Green Claims Act and the EmpCo Guidelines. You’ll discover why facts alone rarely make an impact, how to strategically use emotions, and how to develop stories that resonate with people. Using structured methods, psychological insights, and best practices, you’ll craft your own sustainability story—one that’s authentic and can be strategically integrated into your communication channels.
