Agile project management is a response to ever faster changing framework conditions. The advantages of agile project management are proximity to customers, step-by-step implementation and flexibility. It makes use of agile values and principles as well as special techniques. This training teaches the basics of agile project management and shows what needs to be considered in practical application. What is agile project management?
The term "agile project management" refers to a principle that is geared towards fast results. In software development, for example, beta versions are published in advance and put through the practical test before the product has even been completed. The advantage of agile project management lies in the dynamic and flexible design of control and management. The product can be adapted to customer requirements more quickly, undesirable developments are identified earlier and can be corrected.
