You already have experience of using moderation techniques and would like to develop your confidence in moderating dynamic, creative and controversial discussion processes. In this training course, you will learn how to tailor your moderation work to the situation at hand. The targeted further development of your personal appearance and your use of methods will increase your acceptance as a moderator and improve the quality of the results.
