This training is held in German.
Meetings or project discussions often produce frustrated participants and hardly any useful insights. You go round in circles, communicate in circles and miss the actual goal. In times of agile corporate environments with SCRUM, Kanban and lean methodology, however, it is all about flexibility under time and pressure to succeed in complex, usually interdisciplinary issues. This goes beyond moderation in the classic, conservative format. However, sustainable and viable solutions can only be created if different perspectives and expertise are integrated and utilized. This requires a toolset for moderating in an agile context and agile moderation formats! You can work on individual practical topics in 1:1 coaching.

Preread with preparatory task for the participants, teaching impulses and nuggets, group work, moderation with feedback and feedforward, agile project work according to the moderation cycle in partial sequences moderated by the participants with lessons learned and debriefing, practical tips and recommendations. Practice on practical examples and case studies from the participants and individual online coaching. 

Live online events
