Determining the correct pay group is the central component of pay in line with the TVöD Bund or VKA. The way to achieve this is through a consistent job evaluation based on the current pay scales. In order to avoid time-consuming proceedings before the labor courts, expert evaluators must be familiar with a number of requirements. This training provides the basis for the creation of complete job descriptions, the creation of usable work processes and the evaluation in accordance with collective agreements based on general or special job characteristics of the pay scales.
