Communication & Leadership

  • What does my team portfolio and competency matrix (delegation) look like? Identify strengths within the team and use them for delegation.
  • Active listening.
  • How do I give constructive feedback to experienced employees and how do I express criticism?

Dealing with difficult situations

  • How can I deal with potential challenges?
  • You will be shown ways in which you can resolve conflicts in everyday management situations involving different generations.
